Independence day holiday schedule
We will be closed Friday July 3rd, and the following Saturday and Sunday as usual.
We will be shipping on a normal schedule, however Mike will only be in the office on Monday July 6 answering phones from 9am until 12pm Eastern time.
COVID-19 and Big Mike's Motor Pool
We are still running operations as usual for the most part, and will continue to do so until we run out of inventory or the mail and Fedex stop operating. Currently most carriers have been designated as essential and have said they will continue service, so things should be good to go for outgoing shipments, and our restock orders for the foreseeable future.
Until further notice, we will not be able to provide you with any overnight services for shipments. Local pick up in person is also not available until further notice.

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers.

Unfortunately we do not sell tires, wheels, whole vehicles, or trailers. Occasionally I may have some things like this listed, but we do not normally have these items for sale.

Please make sure to leave a phone number with the order. We do not give these out!!! Your phone number is only used for us to call you if there is any questions about your order. If we have to call you about an address info question, no phone number may hold up your order or cause a cancellation if we cannot get ahold of you.
We ship most orders the next day, sometimes the same day using the United States Postal Service. Shipping days are Monday - Saturday, excluding any postal holidays.
You are buying truck parts. Sometimes they are large. We do ship to PO boxes, but larger orders will ship FedEx and will not go to a PO Box.
If using a PO Box, please add your physical address for FedEx to the comments section of the shopping cart before check out.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you are close to us in Browns Mills NJ 08015, you can swing by and pick up orders in person. This is by appointment only, as Mike isn't always in the office. Email or call to set up a local pick up.
OUR POLICY ON UN DELIVERED SHIPMENTS
BEWARE OF PORCH PIRATES!!!
Our policy regarding shipments claimed to have "never arrived", "been lost", or "were stolen" is to go by what the tracking that has been uploaded to your order states for the travels and delivery of your package. If the tracking shows the items have been delivered, then we must go with what the tracking states. Once the shipment has been marked delivered it is your responsibility for what happens to the shipment. With the rise in package thefts by "Porch Pirates" Big Mike's Motor Pool cannot be held accountable for theft situations.
On the flip side, if the tracking does not show delivered, we always make things right for our customers.
We do not automatically add signature conformation to all of our orders at this time, however some select shipments of higher value we do add this service from time to time. If you would like your shipment to have signature conformation to ensure it is delivered without theft, please contact us by email or phone as soon as you complete your purchase. Shipments move out of here most of the time very quickly, so be sure to let us know right away if you would like this service.

IMPORT/DUTY FEE INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Due to the vast locations we ship to, and the many many different rates charged by each country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to handle these fees upon receiving the shipment. Big Mike's Motor Pool is in no way responsible for these fees, or able to set up a pre payment of the fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDER ABOVE $400
International orders above $400 will be required to ship Fedex international in order to receive signature conformation that the order was delivered. If you place an order and it is above $400, the shipping charged may not be correct and will need to be changed. Please contact us for an accurate quote before ordering if you plan to order $400 or more worth of parts.
Big Mikes Motor Pool does accept returns for like new, un used parts. Returned items may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and no shipping costs for the original shipment to you will be refunded.
Returns on electrical parts will not be accepted, as this is an automotive industry standard policy.
